Open shelf filing is an economical method to file end-tab file folders and keep them organized. With open shelf filing it is easy to keep your folders or materials upright and they are more visible. If you use a color-coding system in your office then open shelf filing is the perfect file shelving for you. With easy assembly there are no tools required. We offer single entry starter and adder units as well as double entry starter and adder units. You can order extra shelving kits as well as hinged doors to meet HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) privacy regulations.
- Single Entry Unit: Our single entry units have the option of 6 or 7 openings and come in various sizes to meet your needs. Units that are 12" deep are letter sized whereas a unit that is 15" deep are legal sizes filing units. Starter units will come with 2 T-uprights; adder units will have just 1 T-upright and will easily snap into a starter unit to make your open shelf filing the size you need.
- Double Entry Unit: Our double entry units offer two sided filing, storing twice as much as single entry filing units. Double entry units have the option of 6 or 7 openings and come in various sizes to meet your needs. Units that are 24" deep are letter size filing whereas units that are 30" deep are legal size filing units. Starter units will come with 2 T-uprights; adder units will have just 1 T-upright and will easily snap into a starter unit to make your open shelf filing the size you need.
