Our side sway braces are 1" x 11 gauge rolled steel strips with safety edges to prevent sharpness. Two identical pieces are punched at the center to be bolted together to form an "X", and the ends are punched for easy attaching to front and back posts. Add a side sway brace between adjoining sections at ends of rows for open type shelving units.
